Teresa Fiúza

Teresa holds a degree in business management from ISCTE, an MBA with a specialisation in marketing from Católica University Lisbon, and attended complementary training in business management, marketing and banking at Nova SBE and Insead (Fontainebleau). She is a founding member of the Portuguese delegation of the Insead-Woman in Business club and was an instructor at Instituto de Formação Bancária (IFB – Portuguese Bank Training Institute). Teresa is an invited member of the judges panel of the seventh edition of the Montepio Youth Volunteering Prize and active member of the Montepio Corporate Volunteering Programme, including the pilot PIS – Social Integration Programme. Between 2018 and 2021, she sat on the Montepio Pension Fund Monitoring Commission.
