AI for food formulating products
Big Idea
OmniumAI is a spin-off of Minho University, specializing in AI for life sciences. They are developing CibusAI to revolutionise traditional food reformulation. This project has already gained recognition, winning Startup Braga’s acceleration program and participating in EIT Food’s TeamUp and StartupLisbon’s From Start To Table. CibusAI was created to solve a critical challenge faced by food and beverage manufacturers: the complex and resource-intensive process of product reformulation. CibusAI offers a technology-driven solution that streamlines the reformulation process and reduces the time and resources needed to bring healthier and more sustainable food products to market.
