Big Idea
Polyanswer is a tech-based company specialized in developing and producing non-Newtonian fluids, resulting in a flexible material with special impact energy absorption characteristics. With a strong research component, the company has established several partnerships with universities, technology development institutes and a number of companies in the past two years to incorporate their technology in the development of products for different sectors – footwear, textiles, sports, motorcycle, personal protective equipment and the military. In addition to products developed in-house, the company sells fluids as additives for several industries. Polyanswer is currently developing a material with dilatant properties for the automotive sector, in collaboration with BASF.
